  We go to this pharmacy for convince of distance and my mother had a very bad pain in her tooth. The doctor called in to to give my mother prescription but the pharmacy does not know how to work functionally and "never received it". When I called the doctor back to see if he had contacted them or not, he said he said he did. Why Would he lie to me about calling in an emergency prescription of pain medicine for my mother? Calling back again to see if they received it, they said they still did not have it. They have the rudest pharmacist and pharmacy technicians ever, hanging up on me when because they do not know how to handle customer complaints. I became upset up with the pharmacist because her attitude and my frustration from situation. I'm pretty sure they have no idea how to run their department. Please do not go there if you don't want your time to be wasted. I've had many, many issues with this pharmacy in the past, but this was the tip of the iceberg. Never have your prescription called in or faxed to them. They "won't receive it", ever(literally not the first time for us). Also, if you do go there and hand them in your prescription, expect the wait time to be about 2 hours instead the "30 mins" they tell you. Worst Customer Service Ever. We only went there because the medicine is sometimes cheaper. It's not worth the headache anymore to save some money. We switching to our old pharmacy. I've worked in retail before, a much better company that holds actual respect for its customers. I know Walmart isn't the best example for best CS, but I would hope the pharmacy would hold a better example in the store out of everything else. The managers of the store were very good at helping me resolved the issue. And from pure anger and frustration, I hope the staff, especially the pharmacist, receive consequences for their actions.
