  The first impression one gets from an establishment, such as a doctor's office, is the receptionist. I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she may be going through something in her life...but if not here is my advice to her. 1. It doesn't hurt to smile once in a while. Be kind, polite, and LISTEN to them. They may have been waiting for close to 2 hours or nervous for a procedure and there you are making it worse. I mean come on the people coming into your office are the ones who pay your bills. 2. If you don't like your job...quit. It's really simple, go find something you enjoy doing so you can make the world a brighter place rather than dark. ....I would give this clinic 1 star based just in her unappealing attitude, but I feel bad for the amazing doctor so 1 more star for him. I hope this will benefit the business in some way.

  I've been sent to this Doctor by my family medic. The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude to me . My questions about insurance coverage made her very mad and she made me wait for two hours till I asked help from the ladies in the back office . I complained later on to Doctor Krishnan but he just raised his shoulders. I read from his gestures that my opinion does not matter much anyway. After waiting a couple of good hours ( 4-5 ) I had the chance to see the Doctor. I went there with stomach pain but he decided that I need a colonoscopy instead. I understood later on that he owns also that section of the clinic and that is where the real money is made. I went through the colonoscopy and I came home with more pain than I had before. I found out later that I had an ulcer developing, but this information came from another doctor of course. This whole ordeal was over with Dr. Krishnan , or so I thought. After about 5 months I received another invoice in the mail for $ 475.00 for some other administrative expenses. This made me very furious. I told them at the time of the visit ; please tell me right now how much it is going to cost the whole process !!! I will pay whatever it costs but I need to know now. Do not send me invoices later on. My insurance paid already almost $ 7000.00 for the colonoscopy. I have to mention here that I hate this whole healthcare mafia, where they don't want to tell you upfront how much is going to be the total amount. The only monkey business in the whole world where you don't know upfront how much it is going to cost the product you buy. I believe that any other business will end up bankrupt pretty soon if they send late invoices to their customers , after they both agreed on the price. They kept sending me that invoice for over 2 years, harassing me with collection calls every now and then and finally dragging me to court. I've been sued by an office who did not heal nor helped me in any way , embarrassed me and charged my insurance $ 7000.00 I would think twice before I would choose this office If I were you.
