  I went to this place about 10 days ago for a general exam. After a week i called them for an update on my results and was told that the results will be loaded on my online portal. After waiting a few days i called and was told the internet has some issue and i will be told on call. Once transferred i went on voice mail, so far i have left 2 voice mails am currently AGAIN on call . Lets see how this goes. If i am not helped this time around. I am going to look for a more responsible practise. I am just glad that i am not pregnant and do not have to rely on them. But i must say Dr. Melissa iyoyo was very nice. Horrible management though...

  After you spend 7+ hours in the waiting room just to be seen by a nurse and Dr for a total of maybe 30 minutes they send you bills. My case I have no medical insurance. They say apply for financial aid which they make almost impossible for you to get granted and when you do they only help with very minimal portions of your bill. I have a bill a little over $8,000 and I'm calling AND BEGGING to make a payment in good faith. But they won't accept it because I can't pay the amount they want. They keep threatening me to send my bill into collections and I've tried and been transferred to quite a few people. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. They're disgusting to treat there patients like this and this isn't the first time I've heard about them doing this to their patients.
